By becoming a member, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. Membership Eligibility 1.1. By applying for membership, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria set forth by our society and that the information you provide during the application process is accurate and complete. 1.2. Membership is open to individuals who share an interest in human pet play. We reserve the right to accept or reject membership applications at our discretion. Membership Benefits 2.1. By becoming a member, you will have access to the benefits and services provided by our society, which may include: Participation in society events, workshops, or seminars. Access to exclusive resources, publications, or online platforms. Voting rights in society matters, if applicable. Opportunities for leadership roles or involvement in society committees. Discounts on society-related products, services, or events. 2.2. The specific benefits and services may vary and are subject to change at our discretion. Membership Fees and Renewal 3.1. Membership fees, if applicable, are determined by our society and are payable in accordance with the payment terms specified during the membership application or renewal process. 3.2. Membership is typically valid for a specified period, such as one year, and will not automatically renew. Code of Conduct 4.1. As a member of our society, you agree to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful environment for all members. This includes: Treating fellow members with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Respecting the confidentiality and privacy of other members. Engaging in constructive and inclusive discussions and interactions. Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your participation and involvement with the society. 4.2. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including membership termination, if a member violates the code of conduct or engages in behavior that is detrimental to the society or its members. Intellectual Property 5.1. The content, materials, and resources provided by our society are protected by intellectual property laws and are solely for the use of our members. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without the express written permission of our society. Termination 6.1. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to our society. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law. 6.2. We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the society or its members. Limitation of Liability 7.1. To the extent permitted by law, our society and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your membership or participation in society activities.
